Patricia Louise Nelson
Patricia Louise Nelson (formerly Patricia L. Heatherman) founded her solo law practice in October, 2006. Before that she was with the Merrill O’Sullivan, LLP law firm for nearly 12 years, including 7 years as a partner in that firm.
Kerry Duncan was born in Bend, OR and graduated from Mountain View Senior High School. She moved to Oak Harbor, WA for 3 ½ years, attending Skagit Valley Community College, before returning to Bend. She continued a career in Retail Management until 2002 when she purchased a business of her own, which she still operates. Kerry joined Two Spruce Law (Heatherman Law) in June, 2016 as a Secretary, now mostly Accounts Payable and Bookkeeping, but assists the office with various needs.
She loves being a part of the Central OR Community, being involved with business groups and Assistant Coaching for grade school through Junior High School Volleyball programs. Kerry’s true love is being a Mom to her adult daughter. When she is not working, you see Kerry smiling as she drives her Jeep, playing volleyball, paddleboarding, running and any time outdoors, probably holding a coffee or Hydroflask.
Kerry enjoys being a part of a team that is honest, takes pride in doing the right thing, works hard, and strives for success through daily challenges. Kerry loves positivity and humor.
Patrick Forrest Heatherman is a native Oregonian. In fact, he is a native of Bend. He chose to leave high school as a junior at age 17. He very quickly completed his GED and began classes at Central Oregon Community College before he would have completed his junior year in high school.
At Two Spruce Law he is a paralegal trainee and the IT administrator. He is knowledgeable, quick, insightful and detail oriented. He has a wonderful sense of humor.
For fun he loves to work on his Red Jeep Wrangler and hike. He is passionate about photography.
